Northern Light Inn Wellness Spa is a multi service facility for hotel guests and select offerings are available to the public.

The Spa, its 3 types of Saunas, Tranquility Space and Fitness Room are for NLI guests only.
2 Aurora Floating isolation tanks, Refreshing Compression Therapy, Vertical Solarium, and Infrared Blankets.

The Spa is open everyday 9 ~ 21.
Massages require 48 hours advance reservations.
The nominal cost is ISK 2500 per person, per day, hotel guests only.
Deluxe & Superior Rooms include complimentary admission to the Spa, Saunas and Tranquility Space.
Wellness treatments and times are priced individually.
The treatment fees are separate from the Wellness Spa entrance fees.
L’Occitane shampoos and soaps in the showers area, and towels.
Please book your Wellness Treatment in reception or at the Wellness desk.

All Wellness & Spa services are subject to availability.
The Spa and Wellness services are for adult guests only, 16 and older.
Children are not allowed in the Wellness areas.
The general public can enjoy NLI Wellness offerings such as Aurora Floating, Infrared Sauna Blanket, Compression Therapy, Massage and Vertical Solarium
Wellness treatments are elective experiences for your well being.
The spa and its wellness treatments are not medical cures, therapies or devices.
Anyone with pre-existing health issues of any kind should consult their doctor before entering the spa, booking wellness treatments, or using fitness equipment.
Wellness treatments, Spa and Fitness activities are entirely the users liability.

NLI Wellness Spa offers 3 types of custom made saunas: Dry, Soft and Steam.

The Spa also has mindful chill spaces, beach stones for massaging walks, and hot & cold showers.

Swimwear is required.

The Spa is complimentary for Deluxe and Superior Room guests.
For hotel guests staying in other rooms types, we charge 2,500 kr per guest per day.
